Dr. Maurice “Mickey” Rosano is a renowned Human Resources and Labour Relations Professional with more than three decades of significant, and increasing achievement in negotiating labour agreements, presenting cases in arbitration, grievance resolution, organization development, and Human Resources strategic planning in support of MNC’s and of Global Business Plans. He has been the Chairman of the San Diego Private Industry Council.
