Professor Shafquat Ahmed is a successful educator, university administrator and entrepreneur of many years standing. Today, he is actively embarked as a seminar leader/trainer. Professor Ahmed earned a BA in Commerce, MA in Philosophy. His doctoral-level endeavour focused on International Business. A British citizen, Professor Ahmed spends much of each year “commuting” between his home in The UK and his speaking engagements with his executive audiences in Europe and the Middle East. He is regularly in Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates where he has lengthy, enviable, educational administrative experience. He traverses the Middle East for much of each year.
His current focus has evolved – from his expert area of degree-level program administration – into creating a strong foundation for Executive developmental opportunities to globally-ambitious executives throughout the Middle East.
GETDA is delighted that Professor Ahmed has accepted the opportunity to interact – on behalf of GETDA – with organizations, entrepreneurs, governments, State Agencies and conference organizers throughout the thrusting burgeoning nations of the Middle East and South Asia. He is actively involved in planning a calendar of executive training events/engagements for GETDA throughout the region, and is responding to requests to bring GETDA training and development programs to other venues.
