Dr. Mark Esposito

Dr. Mark EspositoProf. Mark Esposito, Ph.D, is an advisor to the UNESCO and a renowned specialist in Organizational Management and Sustainability. Over recent years he has been focusing on the means with which to implement sustainable change and leadership in all industries. Integral to this effort is his concentration on the creation and development of sustainable thought and action in all facets of organizational and human performance.

Currently, Dr. Esposito serves as an Associate Professor and Director of the MIB Program for Grenoble Graduate School of Business, He is also an Affiliate Professor at ESCP-EAP, European School of Management (Torino Campus), in the field of Organizational Development. Both these academic institutions enjoy enviable reputations around the world and are among the top 10 best European Business Universities

Dr. Esposito is consistently embarked on consulting projects aimed at the creation of collaborative scenarios for the training of executives and working professionals from Europe, North & South America and Asia. The blend of his academic and operational exposures has fed the developmental research within several organizations while contributing to the efforts of two major consulting firms with which he is currently involved. Since 2007 he has been consulting with the Government of Malaysia on roadmaps for International Human Resources. Early in 2008 he was nominated to be the Director of the “Institute of Sustainable Development and Corporate Social Responsible Practices” at the Boston Business School, in USA and Switzerland.

He is the co-author of a textbook on Sustainability. Among his upcoming projects, is text on Corporate Social Responsibility as well as chapter contributions – in tandem with several other illustrious academics on the topic of “Laws of Communication,”. The latter it is anticipated is to be published by Wiley. He is involved with several on-going initiatives through the Institute of Transformative Thought & Learning in Phoenix, USA and the Prasena Knowledge Management firm in the Kingdom of Thailand.

Dr. Esposito proudly claims to be a citizen of the world. He speaks 7 languages and lives between Switzerland, France, the USA and Panama.
