Dr. Lloyd C. Williams, D. MIN., PH. D. is a world-renowned organizational psychologist, speaker, author, educator and consultant specializing in organizational psychological issues of executives, employee teams, and critical individual roles within organizations, governments, and multinational groups. He is expressly intent upon ensuring that congruence in people and cultural values are effectively aligned with organizational goals and outcomes. Dr. Williams has worked with international organizations and governments in Southeast Asia, Western Europe and the United States for over 35 years.
