The Global Executive Training & Development Association (GETDA) encourages our friends from around the world, colleagues, and all advocates for our purpose to submit articles and blogs of significant worth. In order to facilitate such submissions we have divided them into two separate categories, Articles & Blogs.
Articles
All Articles submitted to GETDA MUST fit the following guidelines:
A newly researched, referenced, studied article on a specific current global issue. It is expected that any such article is in the area of the writer’s expertise, his/her industry, his/her discipline area, or about a nation wherein the writer has expert knowledge or about a nation wherein the author has an intense interest.
All submissions are provided to GETDA on the understanding that:
- They will be reviewed by senior GETDA personnel for content and other issues.
- Any submission is expressly intended to be published exclusively for GETDA alone and not be published anywhere else.
- It should also be understood that publishing an article on the GETDA website does not necessarily grant the author association, position, representation or title within GETDA.
Articles may not be welcomed if they are focused toward local/domestic issues unless these local/domestic issues speak to a broader global circumstance.
In all cases submissions will not be accepted that are in any form as perceived by GETDA, racially offensive or demeaning, culturally offensive or demeaning, discriminatory of any constituency, xenophobic, proselytizing for or against any specific religion, or politically charged and inclined.
The final decision and approval for the publishing of ANY article rests with GETDA’s senior personnel and ultimately its Chairperson.
Blog
Any submission to our Blogs section must fit the following guidelines:
GETDA’s intent in provided this Blog facility is to allow all our readers to respond to an issue which is of GLOBAL SIGNIFICANCE. GETDA understands by the very nature of the often-times off-the-cuff, knee-jerk, reaction that so typifies Blog usage… Blog submissions to GETDA may not necessarily be thoroughly referenced but may in fact be the author’s honest, personal, hopefully well conceived opinion based on professional, academic, and life experience, in every such instance however it must be stated that such is the author’s own personal opinion. We hope that the GETDA Blog usage will always be responsive to a current event of global significance, a global news article, or the blogger’s global experience.
